HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

During online check out enter your gift card code in the “Add a discount code or gift card” field. You will find this field on the same page where you enter your payment information.

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

Check your balance here.

HOW DO I GET MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

Your digital gift card will be emailed to the email address you enter during check. From there you can forward on to your favorite pet lover.

HOW DO I USE MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD IN-STORE?

What you will need is your 16-digit code and pin to use your gift card. Bring in your mobile device or print off your digital gift card email with your code and pin and bring it into your local store.

WHAT CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ON?

You can use it on all items including store services.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD EMAIL?

Please allow 1 business day for your digital gift card email to arrive in your inbox. If you are not able to locate it please check your junk mail. If you are still having issues please contact our customer service.

DOES MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?

No, the value of your gift card will not expire.
