WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR SALON VISIT

1. Arrive with your pet and check in with a team member. Make sure you have proof of vaccinations. Required vaccinations: rabies (all locations), FVRCP (Colorado only). You can upload your pet's vaccine records online when you book your appointment, or bring them to your appointment or walk-in visit.

2. Let us know if your pet requires any special care or services. Additional charges ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY
APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING: Special Handling: Extra time or assistance required to complete a service. Express Service: Requesting a faster service or no kennel time. Extra Coat Care: Including shaving, dematting, brushing and hot spot care (charged per every 10 minutes of extra work). Special Haircut: Including any cut or style beyond a standard haircut. may apply.

3. Leave your pet in the trusted care of our groomers. Each appointment takes around 2–4 hours, and we'll notify you as soon as they're done.

DOES MY LOCAL SALON OFFER CAT GROOMING?
Just give your local salon a call and we'll be happy to let you know if we offer cat grooming services.
DO YOU BATHE EVERY CAT WITH A FULL-SERVICE WASH OR WASH & CUT?
Your pet's health and safety are our top priority. While we try our best to bathe every cat during a full-service groom, we'll take a break or stop the service if we notice any signs of stress. We always work with you and your cat to determine the best plan for everyone.
WHAT VACCINATIONS DOES MY CAT NEED?
All cats are required to have the following up-to-date vaccinations for services: rabies (all locations), FVRCP (Colorado only). You can show proof of your pet's vaccinations by (a) uploading their records online when you book your appointment, or (b) bringing a copy of their records to your local salon at the time of your appointment or walk-in service.
DO I NEED TO TRANSPORT MY CAT IN A CARRIER?
For the comfort and safety of your cat, please bring them to their appointment in a carrier or on leash.
HOW LONG WILL MY CAT'S GROOMING APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Each grooming appointment takes approximately 2–4 hours. If your cat is done early, we'll be sure to notify you.
DO YOU OFFER FREE GROOMING CONSULTATIONS BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes! Give us a call at your local salon to see if we offer cat grooming there. Then pop in to chat with your local cat groomer. Your cat is more than welcome to join! If your cat is new to grooming or requires extra care, we recommend a free consultation so we can be sure to tailor the grooming experience to their needs.
WHAT IF MY CAT REQUIRES SPECIAL CARE?
Not to worry. We understand that every cat is unique and will do our very best to accommodate them. If your cat requires special handling, additional time or assistance during their groom, extra charges may apply. We're happy to discuss this with you ahead of time.
CAN I BOOK AN EXPRESS SERVICE?
Yes! Let us know if you'd like to request a faster service or if you'd prefer your cat not spend any time in a kennel. Additional charges may apply.
WHAT IF MY CAT'S COAT REQUIRES EXTRA CARE?
Sometimes you need a little extra TLC. We offer special shaving, dematting, brushing and hot spot care on a case-to-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
